What Anime are you watching?

K-on season 2 is really good~ you wont be disappointed

I just bought the compete first season of Code Geass. I had this 2 volume box set but gave up trying to find all the volumes to fill the art box lol. I tried to watch it once but never finished it...i'm bound determined to do it now. On Netflix I'm watching Dragonaut The Resonance.

 

BTW if you love anime and don't have netflix...do yourself a favor and get it lol. Or if you have xbox live check out crackle, they have the new Ironman and Wolverine anime too and crackle's free. Heck Xbox even has a Manga Ent. app if you want to watch Monster or Dead Leaves and the like. I prefer to watch my anime in English if possible so I've seen quite a few series that I wouldn't have watched had it not been for netflix, HOTD, Rosario+Vampire, Demon King somethingsomething, etc.

The last anime I watched was "Freezing!" and it was pretty good. Lots of action in it and also lots of.... bewbs.

 

Now I'm watching "Bombshells from the Sky" or "Catgirls with Huge Boobs from Space", whichever you prefer. LOL It's a fun show so far but I'm only 5 eps into it.

 

I also watched a bunch of "Ebichu" at the last doll meetup and we all about died laughing. That show is about the raunchiest anime ever! But it's absolutely hilarious. Who'd have though a show about a housekeeping hamster could be so.... wrong?

So I take it your into fan servicey anime? lol. I actually like Ecchi but some shows just over do it lol. Queens blade...too over the top. I tried to get into Ikki Tousen not as bad as queen's blade but eh. Somehow I got through Elfen Lied though so idk lol. Dont even get me started on that MOE stuff. Looking at little girls' panties animated or not is just weird. like that one with the girls with rocketbooster feet or Toaru No Kogako No Railgun (?!) I watched 3-5 min of those and shut them off feeling bad about it lol. I love Dance in the Vampire Bund though (manga > anime) soo fml lol.

Yep, I enjoy fanservice styled anime but it's not the only thing I watch. I enjoy all sorts of anime. I liked Queens Blade as well as Ikki Tousen. My girl Ryomou is in IT so it's one of my favorite shows.

I watched "Elfen Lied" right after I watched "Higurashi: When They Cry". BOTH of those shows were the first time I'd seen such things and they both really messed with my head. But they both are some of my favorite animes now.

Well, I like a lot of what's considered "moe" anime... like Lucky Star and a few others. But I watched the first season of K-On! and could NOT for the life of me see why so many people seem to love it. I was almost bored silly by it. But I enjoyed Lucky Star as well as Strike Witches. I have Railgun and Index but have yet to watch either. I hear way more good things than bad about those tho.

 

I watched the first 3 or 4 eps of Vampire Bund but never got back to it. I guess I need to start it over and try again since it seemed interesting.

There really hasn't been anything new that's caught my attention.

 

The only two series I'm watching right now are Rinne no Lagrange season 2 and Kokoro Connect.

Just finished "Soul Eater," now onto "Ah! My Goddess!"

 

I watched the first 3 or 4 eps of Vampire Bund but never got back to it. I guess I need to start it over and try again since it seemed interesting.

The Manga is sooo much better and a lot longer. But they decided to up the price on it again so i got mad and stopped reading at like vol 11 i think. That's what happened with Claymore too lol. I just have a hard time justifying paying 10-11 bucks for a book i can read in an hour when I can buy a book for 7-8 that takes me a week or or a month.

We started watching Vampire Bund, and I liked it a lot, but SK got quickly bored of it, so we never got back around to it, there are so many others in our ques that we both enjoy. We're currently working through Slayers: Try and Spice and Wolf. I had just started witching Gohst in the Shell:Stand alone Complex when Netflix lost the license. Grrr... Stupid Starz play.

 

I recently finished Darker Than Black. Pretty good for a darker, action anime. Normally, I watch a lot more comedies and moe shows, but every once in a while it's nice to see something a bit heavier.

I like a variety- mostly kid stuff. Some of my favorites are fruits basket, Ah! My goddess, naruto, Pokemon (if you count that as anime also full metal alchemist, black butler, wolf and spice, princess mononoke, and all studio Ghibli films.

I've been so out of the loop on anime lately that I just started on a craze of looking for things that I like. I still have a backlog of anime I've bought but haven't watched over the past few years so some of this is outdated ^^;;

 

I've been finishing watching Samurai Champloo, Gundam 00 and Code Geas. I have RomeoXJuliet to watch and Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood. On the other hand I've also been streaming so I've watched Magi Madoka, and tested a few others as well. I may keep watching Bodacious Space Pirates... nothing solid has really grabbed me yet. This thread is bound to be a great source of ideas though.

Currently I'm watching Hyouka and Sword Art Online ^^

I just finished up the first season of "Natsume: Book of Friends" and its been a nice show so far. I've only got 2 more seasons of it tho so I'll have to find the final season sometime soon so I can finish it up.

lols.. i got lost track of the anime's im watching from the past three seasons/releases..

but for this season im watching only sword art online, yuru yuri s.2 and koi to senkyo to chocolate

Then I started up "Blue Excorcist" today and watched 8 episodes. THIS is a fun show. It reminds me a lot of "Soul Eater" in the way it's setup and has it's story laid out. But it looks great and has some really cool action in it.

Heh, I've seen your avatar before but never knew what it was until watching Natsume. Now I know who it is... Nyanko-Sensei! As for the 4th season, I think it's available as a fansub online but I don't do downloads. But a good friend of mine does and I get them from him. I'll see if I can ask him about it.

Yeah I watched up to episode 15 on BE and it's really getting good. Way better plot and characters than I was first thinking on this.

I usually watch in Crunchyroll but they haven't updated it there yet. I like watching it there because the subs are usually better, not that some fansubs aren't good, though. Some of them are spot on.

Not entirely an Anime, but maybe it should count. I'm watching PGSM. It's a live action version of Sailor Moon. It's very cute. :3

I just about forgot how much I love Navel..

I really wish I had watched this one earlier than this past Sunday but for some reason, I just never got around to it. I finally watched "The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya". And I must say it was great. The animation quality at times was superb and the story was fantastic. As usual with the Haruhi franchise, I got confused a few times but that got figured out by the end of the show.

 

And seeing this really made me like Nagato a WHOLE lot more than I used to. Seeing her be bashful and shy while still remaining her former cute self was moe overload. I liked her cold personality to begin with since she reminds me of Rei Ayanami to an extent but seeing her acting more human was so very nice.

 

Also, seeing Mikuru running about and being so shy and girly was super fun. All I could see was my Elisabeth on screen.

 

As stated earlier, I wish I had seen this movie before now. I enjoyed it thoroughly.
