When is japanese lottery for japanese people?XD it's my last chance, I guess.

Yeah, it's the same schedule as the International after-event lottery. 28 December - 7 Jan, with results sent out on 8 Jan.

 

You should really watch that web site though (either JP or overseas version as appropriate). In addition to the lottery that is going on now, there will be a click-war style release for Aoko/Melty/etc on the morning of the 12th Japan time. This is the same time that the after-event is being held at the physical stores, and it means you now have two different chances to acquire a doll via Volks International. That's what the "changed methods" mentioned in the OP is about.

I do have another questions: I see that Aoko is pictured with two different set of hands in her promo pics. Will she also come with both pairs in her set? I'm asking because there is no mention of that in her description.

Yes, that is right. There will be a product page for Aoko that lets you add her to your cart, just like any other item. You just have to add her to the cart online and then check out / pay quickly before she sells out.

 

The exact start time for the click war will be posted later. I'm guessing it will be around 10am or 11am JST, so that people who are physically at the store events cannot also participate online. But a day or two in advance Volks should post all the details.

if you live in japan, then yes you can pay COD

if you live outside japan then no, they accept CC or Paypal only

actually I also use proxy service, because ordering direct from volks will really pain later for dealing with custom

If I win this lottery , I might have a DD Melty for sale .... I couldn't take the risk of not having one

so I tried to get her 2 different ways . I'll let you know here if ever that happens so that if someone who really wanted her and end up not winning the lottery will get a chance to buy it from me.

Yeah, when I win the international lottery it always seems to turn up around 2-3am Eastern.
