Coolcat new item stained?!? (update 21/2/2013)

Ok for Christmas I got a bunch of coolcat items mostly socks. I have just open the last long socks and there is a orange brown dots on it. Where do u go to report damage?

I haven't seen any damage like that before on any CC stuff but there's always a first time for everything. I would check the bottom of the page on their main site and send an email to one of those addresses there along with pictures of the stains on the stockings. I'm sure if it was a recent order, they will be able to do something for you. If they have any order numbers on reciepts they sent, I'd make sure to include those too.

Any of those 3 email addresses labeled "Service mails" should work fine to send your pics to and ask for replacements. I can't see why they wouldn't help you out.

Have dealt with CoolCat on eBay for years and she is great at following up any questions or complaints...you may even find something extra in your parcel when you receive it!
