DominiqueB Posted February 11, 2013 Is there any specific lighting setup, or any recommendations for photographing white skin DDs? I have had a few problems photographig white skin BJD's since their resin seem to glow even in natural light. Since my first girl hasn't arrived yet I have no idea how vinyl reflects light. RaveOfNightmares Posted February 11, 2013 WS DDs aren't really any more difficult to photograph than NS ones are, natural light or artificial, just make sure the white balance is right. baldylox Posted February 12, 2013 Yep, I agree.... as long as you don't have normal lighting too close to them, the WS girls don't need any extra attention for photos from what I have come across. DSC_6037 by balldylox, on Flickr DSC_9640 by balldylox, on Flickr Both of those had on room lighting and one bulb from a five bulb studio light. The first pic had the light about 3 feet away and the second one had it about 8 feet away. Billy I gave up counting the girls I own, they keep multiplying and won't stop.
