There will always be an after-event. The actual Dolpa is only in one city in Japan, so they always hold a bunch of items back to send to people who could not travel to the event. That is to say, for the rest of Japan and the rest of the world .

 

BTW, there was a sign up during the Osaka AE saying that Volks News 53 -- which will have all the DP29 news -- was delayed from late March to the first third of April. So now the current plan is to have the book out no later than April 10th. Still no more-specific date than that.

I'm a little disappointed in the face, because she doesn't scream 'Asuna' to me. But, dammit I have to own her! The wig and outfit alone would be fine but the face is also very cute. Maybe I can re-invent her character as an Asuna-type cosplayer.

Watched Sword Art Online but I'm indifferent to an Asuna doll.

 

I really, really like that wig though. That's the only part I want.

She's shaping up nicely. I liked the show and the character at first, but the second story arc ruined Asuna for me, so I'll have to pass on principle :/

costume and hair is really great for Asuna :3 but then let's all wait for a closer photo of her face btw do you think there will be some outfits this dolpa 29?

I am so excited for Asuna I hope there aren't any other girls at this event ill want to bring home D: I have an anime con the weekend of the 19th so I will be short on funds if more than one doll calls to me X3

I would say she looks a lot like Asuna. Maybe a little bit more mature but still, a lot like her. She has the long face the small nose. Just give her a chance.

Looks a lot like Asuna to me!

She looks like Haruka Niimi and DDH06 to me too, but it is perhaps because the pics are not totally clear.

For now I think I am safe, but need to wait for better pics.

I wonder who will be the other girl though.

It just dawned on me, Asuna would make the cutest Mirai Suenaga custom. You could use her default wig and eyes too.
