Sporkaroni Posted February 16, 2013 I originally got Rin back in December, but I really had a hard time trying to find an eye and wig combo that I really liked for her. I think part of the reason was that she is my first DD, so I was really picky. So, now 2 months later and a whole lot of trial and error with a large variety of eyes and wigs, I have a set up I really like for her! I also had a hard time coming to a decision for a name, but I ended up picking my original choice for her. Rin is a prepainted DDH-06 on a DDIII M-bust body. Her eyes are 24mm Twin Snow Forest Mist and her wig is a Leekeworld wig in Choco Brown. I hope everyone welcomes her to the community with open arms, I know she is happy to be here! Well with the two month gap, I was able to acbleepulate quite an array of clothes and accessories. haha I am having a bit of trouble finding more tomboyish clothes though. I tried buying a few of the guys clothes but they tend to be on the way too big side. The couch is nice, but a bit on the pricey side. If they're in approximately the right scale, most likely all you have to do is take in the side seams to be tighter around the hips. If something is just a touch too small on the hips, you can add laces to the sides for a bit of a stylish adaptation, although that might not hit the tomboy vibe you're going for. Tops are a bit easier, since t-shirts tend towards bagginess and button ups can usually have the side seam taken in below the breasts if too big, or left open at the top if too small. I am pretty terrible at anything arts and crafts related to be honest. I think I am pretty good at conceptualizing but when it comes making it take physical form, forget about it! I think the most I can do with fabric is fabric painting and that would probably be a bad idea for our vinyl DDs. lol Need something smashed, shot, blown up, etc, I can handle that.
