I went totally ghetto and separated her torso piece from the abdomen and just positioned it still looked like she's still connected haha. Although maybe if your DD has one of the silicon 3rd party parts they'd probably be able to do it kind of??? Sometimes with those, ah, questionably cut bangs, I "cheat" and I'll tuck the edges of the bangs off to the side, back under the wig cap.
