Oh my god, I’m not even joking... I hadn’t been out inside for a very long time already (since I took those photos of my custom named Cotton with the burger and beer!) and I’m playing with Ram and Rem “I’m gonna clean the front room, do you have the kitchen?” 😂 hahaha.

I am definitely showing signs of seclusion sickness lmao. It’s just my cat and me. Was really hoping for Sakura Con to ease some of that... 

Oh well. Next year I should have my Jibril completed. I can’t wait to show everyone. She’s going to be *amazing*. And nobody had seen my Cotton in real life besides pictures either. 
 

Next year.  You’ll get to meet my girls haha. It’ll be funny when you bring your Ram and your friend beings Rem. We can take funny pictures with two of each twin.  😂😂

It might be even sooner than that fortunately! Were getting some ideas together to get to Seattle sometime in August. I'll probably put some info in the meetups thread once we've figured more out.

Hope that’s not too soon. Everyone showing up in masks would be hilarious. Lol.

I can't expect to go wig fishing with the way international shipping is right now, so I dug out this old one. It works great with this outfit ^^

Ugh, just getting this girl some wrists that actually fit into her forearms was such a weird hassle that by the time I solved that issue I could not summon the energy necessary to do anything else for MONTHS. (Well, okay, and I guess there was a pandemic or something??) I got tired of the poor doll laying there with her wig in a box next to her, though, so tonight I told myself that I was going to finish putting her together and to take a picture, even if it was just a terrible phone snapshot. A terrible phone snapshot is better than no pictures at all!

So, on that note, please forgive my terrible phone snapshot. 😆

This is Nessa, the Hot Mess-a:

She is a modded DDH-06 that popped up on Mandarake a few months ago. You should have seen the sales pictures! She was a hot mess. Her eyes had fallen back into her head, which was overflowing with melted white eye putty gick that was literally everywhere, and her original hands were on the ground next to her because they wouldn't stay on, and and and and... but her face was still cute even with eye putty stuck to it, and she didn't seem to be stained or anything, and she wasn't all that pricey.

I had never really thought about getting a DD before, but she was just so cute, and she was absolutely a bargain, so I risked it. I got her home and spent about forty-five minutes gingerly picking all the melted goo off her face (please don't damage the faceup, I kept muttering) and that's what was under there! Maybe now that I've overcome the hurdle of getting her put together I can try to do a better job of it. 😅

@Gallye Sounds like you did a great job on getting her fixed up. She looks super genki.

@Monty Yeah she really does look like a cake. if anything it suited her even better than I thought. I usually hate pink too...

@Beani although now it’s my turn to ask, and I can’t remember if I already have or if you said so elsewhere or not, but where is Ram’s wig from? That’s the shade of pink and style I really want for Luka. 

@Monty It's the Dollce Cat Style in Usuzakura. I totally fell in love with the style but was disappointed they didn't have a stronger pink (at first anyway, now I love it). I checked their JP and EN sites and it seems they have Cat Style available but not in the pink right now.
