She finds it less offensive than the "half naked" uniforms she was made to wear before (really, you put her into one mini-skirt seifuku, and never hear the end of it!) She isn't liking it at all tho... she MUCH prefers being taller and on more equal ground with her sisters. And I agree that this dress is definitely her style.... lots of ruffles and lacy bits!
