Today's experiment...failed. The photos cover up the major flaws fairly well, but this one is headed towards the trash due to serious defects

 

 

That's too bad about the purple kimono dude, the material looks really nice, especially with the butterflies and flowers on it. I hope you can figure it out for Saber soon.

Went out of town for the 4th of July and Yuriko and Tama-chan got to tag along. Much to my surprise everyone seemed to love them. It was a bit hard for Raven and I at first because it was the first time we had mentioned or shown our DD to his family and didn't know how they would respond. I'm so proud of Raven that he never flinched about saying that Yuriko was his, and she even helped him win a game the next night when he brought her out again, and called her his daughter in front of his cousins. I surely didn't have that much courage even though I often refer to Tama as my little boy. One of Raven's female cousins was insanely curious as to how I figured out the different characters that I end up with, and that's not so easy to answer!

 

All in all, I have to say I haven't had a more positive response to our DD, it was overwhelming! Raven's (really gruff) Dad nearly shoved the camera at me to take this pic after I sat Tama and Yuriko together like I normally do. Someone even said, "That's so cute, just like they are brother and sister!" Well... yah... And that night Yuriko was totally pleased with herself that she got to ride all the way back to where we were staying and she got to sit with grandma the whole way.

Managed to get Ericka into a new Coolcats twin-tailed wig. I really like it. I think i'll keep her a ginger for now. Managed to snap this while she was at her favorite window.

Sister Kyoya it is great to hear that you had such a positive experience with your family, I know I felt the same way when I told my mother in law.
