Distractus Posted March 2, 2013 Hi everyone! I'm from Michigan and I'm not new to the BJD world. However I am rather new to the Dollfie Dream world! I've decided to put my current doll savings toward a SQlab/Dollfie Dream body hybrid (possibly going to stick with the SQlab body as I like the size). I'm reading in the Questions section that SQlab hybrids are permitted here, but in a separate area of the forum if I'm not mistaken? Right now I prefer the resin SQlab head because I know how to paint on resin, but I've never done a face-up on a vinyl head. >.< I will very likely pick up a vinyl head at some point to practice on. I'm rather hesitant due to the fact that vinyl stains a bit easier and I'm worried about my materials not working quite well. I use many of the same exact materials everyone else uses, I'm just paranoid and very cautious so I don't damage things. xD I would really like to branch my face-up skills into the DD/Obitsu/SQlab/anime sculpt world! ^-^ Oh and I'm Distractus on DoA as well.
