Maybe you can see if you can order one as it's being newly released? That should be more like $120-150 by the prices I see at Hobby Search.

Does anyone own the Asuna Pure Neemo doll? I thought she was a very cute doll but I'm not a huge fan of the large elf ears. If someone has her, are the ears removable?

Yeah, I didn't think they'd go for much cheaper. But the ones I love are over $200 so I wanted something cheaper before spending that much and maybe disliking them. I'll keep stalking Mandarake ^^ If anyone knows of a forum, I'd love to hear~!

I'm currently working to get the Azone forum back up and running again... it's tough though because someone else is the Admin, so I'm running into issues with changing stuff.

I'll sell Neemos nude sometimes, I always start them on ebay for $50, and they usually end at prices in the range of $65-100 (nude)... so I would be considering that price range, at least, for a nude doll... more if it's a really rare one.

Like, it bends as soon as you touch it kind of thing. Doesn't lock straight like the other knee does. No big deal really, just curious.

I have held interests in the past for this kind of doll I never really felt I NEEDED one until I saw this version of Maya : > not the wonderland miu, the witch of flame aika, the blue hair maya, the chika kinoko juice or even the snotty cat could tempt me and I was always on the fence about investing in one of these. But Peach Pie...ugh. She instantly won me over!! I just can't stop staring at her pictures!! XD

Only the two Majokko Mia.

Wasn't collecting when the originals went up, and the others didn't really click with me - but now I'm considering getting at least one from each release.

 

 

Took one of my Mias over to Keripo's place a while back. Here is a good size difference reference between a M Pure Neemo and DD.

As much as I love anime only a few Pure Neemos really stand out to me. It's strange and I still can't figure out why I'm not completely crazy over them as I am with DDs. At first I thought it was the painted eyes, but I don't think that's the real reason either. It's definitely strange...

They are more "people" shaped... they're not super skinny, they have thicker legs... it's really cute XD

Most PureNeemos are priced at 12 000 yen when they go up for pre-order. They can sell out really, really quick though! Make sure if you want Shimekaze you are online and ready to pre-order her right when she goes up.

As for Character dolls, I find the quality a little less compared to the original characters. For example, the shoes on my Caster Pureneemo are cheap moulded plastic and all the shoes on my original character dolls are all fabric and have little details laced in or glued on.

Yes, what Katiazza said XD My Ex Cute and Sahra a la Mode girls have much nicer shoes than any character one I've ever gotten. Mind you... ALL of the character ones I've gotten have been school girls, and they all come with the same plastic molded uniform shoe (it's a nice shoe, but Azone makes better ones)

 

The hair and face painting is of equal quality... the clothing can vary... I mean, it's always well made... but sometimes the character has a really lame outfit (I'm lookin' at you, Asuna!)
