Pure Neemo

I got My girls heads Arale and Panchita back from the face up artist yesterday. They look so beautiful and just what I request. I wish my camera would capture the amazing and realistic freckles of Arale(red hair Azone) but just don't want to cooperate :p Today I got the body and head of my fourth Azone. Her name is Bulma. She will be based on Bulma from dragon ball.

 

Now I will like to introduce to you my four Azone tiny ladies.

I have two Pure Neemos, Asuna and Shiro. I will keep them as they are but maybe change some clothing. At least Asuna's costume is really flimsy and it looks cheap. I really like how Shiro's skirt has a wire in the hem of the skirt and I can posture it any way I want, even panty shots!

 

I also wanna try making my own faceups on these dolls, I'm waiting for my order of heads to arrive so I can get on with it.

So many little cuties ◕‿◕✿ It's easy to see why Pure Neemos become so addictive.

 

This year, other than my mid-progress Azone / Obitsu head projects I went from 2 girls (Classic Alice Himeno & Aika) to 5 Pure Neemos and 2 Lil Fairies (another Lil Fairy on the way - Chiisana Otetsudai san Neilly, and my next Pure Neemo on pre-order is Asterisk Collection Hetalia The World Twinkle: Japan).

Great to see that there are so many Pureneemo fans on this board ^^ I got my first Pureneemo last year and since then their number has increased quite a lot... To be honest, I haven't counted how many of them I have exactly, but I think it's around 20 or so ^^; Last year I also bought a Pureneemo for my girlfriend as a Christmas present and got her hooked as well!

 

I'll need to stalk this thread for more photos of everyone's cuties! ♥

Some recent pics of my kids -

I'm shamelessly addicted to the Line Camera purikura app even if my design sense is terrible, I just love slathering sparkly stuff all over everything Anyway, I was looking forward to taking christmas pics of these two especially - I didn't have any of them this time last year. I was actually still in preorder purgatory waiting for Yuta until late December last year. I plan to take about a million more christmas pics though.

(every time I look at these twins I feel the diabetes coming on. They're just too cute for me to handle.)

I took Aika and Aoto to the Doll Social Club meetup and had a lot of time to kill in the morning (I'm not a Sydney local but go there many times every year since its where friends and family live), and the gigantic christmas tree in the Queen Vic building was too cool to pass up.

 

Here's a beautiful picture of them at the meet. Credit goes to Niku Kun on Facebook - I was so happy to see such a lovely clear photo of my kids because my camera is so bad.

I was trying not to spoil Shuya like I always do (he is the grail after all) but now I feel bad for it, even if he was the only one that got to come to America with me earlier this year. I'll bring him to the next meet though. (His brother Yuta didn't mind not coming because he knows he's coming to Japan with me next year...)

I preordered him too, he is so cute!! I wonder why Pureneemo doesn't make a larger sized boy, though. I'm afraid I'm going to have to sell my Koron, I just don't like her being so much bigger than my boys. I may buy Little Maid Chisa instead.

I am getting Kohina itchimatsu... Yeah.. Now I limit myself to four dollfie dreams and starting to explore some other dolls..

Nice! I love Kokkuri-san and one of my good friends is also getting Kohina as her first ever doll. Unfortunately she was meant to come out in AUGUST and has been continually delayed since then. Last I heard she got delayed again till January auugh. I told my friend it just meant she was getting the full Azone experience because they delayed my clock rabbit Yuta like crazy as well.

I feel like Azone tried to release way too many dolls in the October-December period and obviously couldn't do them all. But it makes me sad that Kohina wasn't a priority for them and she keeps getting delayed. I really hope she does come out in January and doesn't get delayed again.

I'm not even getting her and I'm impatient, cos I really want to see everyone's photos of her (plus see what my friend thinks of dolls).

Hello and welcome! Congrats on ordering your first neemo~ ♥ I'm not familiar with the series nor the character, but the Kohina doll looks really cute. I have a weakness for bobcuts and that kind of pouty-ish expressions, haha~

 

And yeah, like Torino said, some Azone releases get delayed for months, unfortunately. -.-;; This seems to be especially true for the character series dolls. Azone's original character dolls usually keep to schedule relatively well, although those can have delays too. Hopefully Kohina won't get delayed more and you'll get her home soon!

 

 

There have been some new arrivals since the last time I posted here, but I'm definitely super happy that I was able to hunt down Ookami Koron on Y!J. I missed out on her initial release because there was the Volks lottery with Mariko... I spent a good while trying to find her for a decent price, but unfortunately she quickly became rather expensive. -.-;; Eventually I decided to just pay up to finally get her home - and I don't regret that decision one bit! She's so cute~ Here's Sora:

galatia9, Azone has a page up for England now with better photos: here. ^^ I've never watched Hetalia, just heard about it so I don't know how many characters there are in total.... But based on this poster, they are going to make at least Italy and America in addition to Japan and England. :3 And there's also some kind of a housewife (? xD) outfit set coming for Japan.

 

I'm eager to see what size bodies the other two will have... oh please let there be an M-size boy! Is there anyone who's more familiar with Hetalia that could tell what kind of height differences there are between these characters? :'3 Haha~

Thank you mizya! I am assuming England will come with both outfits, just like Japan has both his officer's uniform and sailor uniform. I love my Aoto and Yuuta, but I DO like how England and Japan look more mature.

 

Congrats on getting your Ookami Koron!! And Little Match Girl Chiika is adorable. Spam please!! I am always watching Azone to see who's new in town!

Last week I got my fifth LL Bust Azone Pure Neemo doll. She is a Nozomi Tojo. I have never watch that anime but as soon as I saw her bright green eyes, purple hair, and maid uniform I knew I had to have her. She is adorable and she is my first Azone with extra hands. Now I have 3 custom Azones and two character Azones

Today was a great day because I finally got Bulma head today from the face up artist. She looks so cute. I request her face up to look like young Bulma from Dragon ball. I think the face up artist did an amazing job and I finally have my own Bulma

 

 

ayanenana13, did you get a shipping notice for your Kohina Ichimatsu? She came into stock at Hobby Search Japan, and since I was on the wish list for her, they emailed me and I placed an order for her. I thought she was adorable the first time I saw her, and regretted not ordering her when she was first listed.

 

Torino, did your friend hear anything about her Kohina?

I hope they're still accepting preorders because I love Hetalia and I would be so sad if I can't get them. I can't wait to see the versions for America and Italy, those two are too goofy so I wonder if they will come with open mouths/big smiles the pure neemo designs for Japan and England are spot on! (except for England's hair, I think the color should have been lighter).

Thank you for the heads up Safir!! I got distracted by this thread because I went to see the old pages to check all the beautiful dolls here everyone's dolls are incredible, especially the boys (I'm biased^^) well, Amiami here I come!!!!

I did it! I preordered them both...now this reminds me that last year in May I preordered a mini figure from Tokyo Otaku Mode and it was supposed to ship in October and I completely forgot about it I just checked and the shipment was delayed but it doesn't even say for how long. I hope it doesn't happen the same thing with Japan and England I'm preparing myself to see them until 2017 (just in case).

I actually like regular version more, but the DS ver is just as adorable hhh (I'll probably hunt down regular someday, when she's not so overpriced orz).

 

Haven't figured out a name for her too, I was debating between Aria and Sonata but the latter is calling out to me mmm ;w;

 

On that note, would anyone know how to fix her corset? since one of the strings on her corset detached itself and it's driving me up the wall over something so minor ahh
