Attaching Arms.

I finally decided to put the cafe long set on my saber but it required me to disassemble her and to take her arms off for the first time. Taking them off was easy but putting them back on is proving to be really hard. The bust piece wouldn't slide back over the internal frame as it was so I positioned the shoulder frames back a bit and the bust slid on with ease. Putting her arms back into the sockets is so hard though. I have one on that I think is correct but I think the other is wrong. I'm so scared that I'm going to break her.

I've noticed that the DD3 arm joints have slits on them...does it matter which way these slits are facing when you try to put them in the frame?

Thanks for your help...I hope I'm doing this right. ;-; Still new to uploading pictures so I'll try my best.

I tried again and I believe I got it right! The slits don't have to align with anything and I just had to push harder. The noises her frame made as I were pushing were scary but the second time I did it both arms look to be correct and move correctly.

If I missed anything, please feel free to add on and let me know.

Thanks.

It helps to twist and push the arms on rather than just straight trying to push them on.

Also, this may seem obvious, but be sure to re-straighten her internal frame shoulder blades (you can push through the vinyl) before trying to put the arms back in. Moving the shoulders back to get the bust part on works well, but it makes the arms hard to get back in unless you fix the angle.

I'm actually surprised to hear this, in that putting arms back in is usually easier than getting them out!
