New Frock for Hana (Airy)

Yesterday I finished up sewing a new dress for Hana to wear to this weekends meetup. ^_^ This design is a bit different from what I’ve normally make, with it’s scooped neckline and collar detail, plus a coordinating belt. I’m really enjoying how different this looks from the usual jumper and hope I can work on some new versions in the not too distant future for my other girls.

 

I'm so crazy about Hana, she is definitely my favorite girl right now and a complete muse for sewing projects. Poor Rose is still wearing her fluffy dress of doom from February, so I probably should give her some love soon before she starts tossing things at me. XD

I haven't watched Mad Men, but I do love the vintage style of the fashions. Your comment makes me so happy because I really was trying to channel a more vintage vibe into this dress.
