Maya is here~

Well... at least her head is... ^^;

 

She arrived a while ago but it took a while before I could decide on eyes for her head! As many of you know I won this head on Yahoo Japan on somewhat of a whim because it was love at first sight. Once I got her in person it was definitely not disappointing!

 

This is the little bag she came wrapped in! If anyone's feeling generous I would greatly appreciate a translation of what that note says!

 

Look at that face! I'm super pleased with the Arcana eyes I won and put in her head. At first I couldn't make up my mind on the colour and then I realised she could just have one of each!

 

 

 

 

 

Now she just needs a body! I'm definitely going with the MDD, and as for the wig I'm still not 100% sure so I'm open to any thoughts from you guys! ^_^

She is so adorable even without hair. I love her two different colored eyes. Do you think she should have long wavy hair like Marisa or twin tails or shoulder length wavy twin tails?

I was debating long wavy hair or short flippy hair. But twin tails would be cute too. Maybe something kinda short and spiky?

The different colored eyes are really cool... and WOW are they amazing looking eyes! I love their style! I can't wait to see your girl all put together!

These eyes are so beautiful. I can't wait to see her "finished". Choosing a proper wig is always one of the hardest things for me.

I really like how the different eyes look with this head. I agree - she is adorable. But wig selection is always a headache (well... a pleasant headache if it can be called so). At least for me. Will be looking forward to see her complete.

Excellent choice of eyes! I love that look on a Dollfie. I think a short wig similar to the one my Yoko wears would work well on her. It has that little "flip" to it in the back that gives her some added spunk. But longer hair would also make her cute.

I am looking forward to picking up her body and stuff. But for now she's going to have to wait! (Likely a while since I got a bunch of stuff in the last Volks event)

 

I don't even know if she'll get a body this year, it might not be until next year! 0_0 can you even imagine that?!

She looks beautiful already, I'm liking the green eyes more so far, I think it goes with her eye brows' color more. Can't wait to see more pictures as you progress with her completetion

Thank you! I enjoy having the two colours as well. They worked well in this case I think because the pupils are black rather than a darker shade of the iris colour.

The artist's name is White Ichigo I believe - they have a blog too! I was just curious what the whole message said since it pertains to Maya's roots.

 

Once she's all customized I want to send Ichigo an email on his/her blog and say thank you. ^^;

I figured it was something along those lines but I was curious to know. I just hope I can be good to Maya, despite the fact that she's currently in a box all sealed up waiting for a body.. ^^;
