Lake Meet

Couple weeks ago, we Arizonans had a meetup at Tempe Town Lake. Some photos from others at the meet made their way to Figure.fm, but not many made it here, so I figured I'd supply my own to fill the deficit.

 

 

Zoe: "This had better be good, bitches; I'm missing some great WoW raids for this!"

 

 

Nanoha: "Lovely weather, isn't it, Doctor?"

 

 

Doctor: "Yes, the warmth nearly makes up for the icy glare that purple haired girl is giving us."

 

 

 

Animagic4u's Rei acts as Onee-san to everyone while Haruka hams it up.

 

 

Solmunul Studio's Hrist made her debut outing that weekend. Gorgeous girl!

 

 

Her sword is actually a 3D print. Makes me want to get off my butt and put together a print of the Trans-Dimensional Toaster (Mk II).

 

 

AnimatorAR's Charlotte didn't waste any time in claiming a spot next to the glamorous new girl.

 

 

Cryx's Tomo claimed the last spot at that end of the table.

Eventually a picnic broke out.

 

 

Nanoha: "Great ice-cream weather!"

 

 

*Doctor Whooves sneaks up*

 

 

Doctor: "'Scuse me, mind if I have that satsuma there? I like to keep one on hand--pardon, on hoof--in case there's another Sycorax invasion."

 

 

Zoe: "Touch my food and you DIE."

 

 

Nanoha: "STOP!"

 

 

Zoe: "Little hooved rat tried to steal my food! Let me at him!"

 

 

Nanoha: "You will not harm him. You won't harm anyone on my watch, ever, or you will regret it. Do you understand?"

 

 

Doctor: "I think both these girls might be scarier than Daleks. . ."

 

 

Nanoha: "You okay there, Doctor? Did the snarky gamer girl hurt you?"

Doctor: "WHAT."

 

 

Zoe: "What the heck just happened?"

 

 

Hrist: "I should ask that Doctor later if everyone in this era is this insane, or if it's just these two."

(Cup is also 3D printed!)

 

 

Nanoha: "Here, you want some ice cream to make up for the trouble she caused you?"

Doctor: "Well. . .alright."

 

 

Nanoha: "Where'd he go? Wait, do I have timey-wimey stuff on me? I bet he got timey-wimey stuff on me."

 

 

Charlotte and Rei divert attention from the Doctor-caused chaos by indulging in some symmetrical docking.

 

 

Not to be outdone, Nanoha sprawls out and transforms into Nano-Ham.

 

 

Zoe gets a crash course in empathy when she tries to pull the same steal-someone's-lunch-to-fight-aliens strategy.

 

 

An Obitsu interloper, Aya.

 

 

Luckily it seems she gets along with ponies, Time Lords, and Time Ponies.

Would Nano-Ham be a smaller ham than Micro-Ham but bigger than Femto-Ham? She is really cute sprawled out like that though.

 

AnimatorAR's photos are lovely too. That Saber with the doughnut was so cute! Charlotte and Rei look so beautiful in those dresses and hats.

Zoe's rebuttal:

Crazy chick thought I would be scared of a spoon. There was obviously something wrong with her, so I said whatever and let her and her hooved rat go this time. Luckily for her that I didn't bring along the spork I found after the last meet or she would've been sporked.

That was a close call. Zoe is hard core for sure.
