Nekopon Posted April 25, 2013 Many heads can have a shy look with a custom face up! Chien is good at that.
SisterKyoya Posted April 25, 2013 If you are looking for a common sculpt, my vote is the 03. It looking so shy is the very reason I finally settled on that head. It is very easy to make it look happy and whatnot, but the shyness is definitely the most dominant. ~Sister Kyoya Forum Blog: Badger Pocket Tales (Family story from the beginning) | { Old Family story reboot: Start Here! } Follow me on Twitter, Flickr & Instagram
Anouc Posted April 25, 2013 I think the Mariko-sensei head is a very shy girl ^^ https://www.facebook.com/fantasydolls?ref=hl ☆〜(ゝ。∂) ♥ Dollfie Dream Faceups ~ ☆
Coffee Posted April 25, 2013 I'd say DDH-05 pre-painted, Sakuno, Mariko and maybe Moe, although Moe has a bit more of a smile. Mina - DDS Millhi, Lucy - DDS Melty, Sammy - DDII Sakuno, Ellie - MDD DDH-01, Niki - MDD Mayu, Sasha - DDIII Miku

I think the majority of heads can be made to look shy by a good artist. Nekopon Posted April 25, 2013 Coming from an artist, I believe shyness is mostly determined by eyebrows and cheek color.
chinti Posted April 25, 2013 Coming from an artist, I believe shyness is mostly determined by eyebrows and cheek color. Oh ok, still searching for a custom head. Lost a war few days ago and now thinking should I jut get a plain face and have it faceup by someone
jadepixel Posted April 25, 2013 Yup, you can make almost any head look shy. Eyebrows and eyes that lean in to center and blush high on the cheek will do the trick. My HDD-02 girl Mirielle is very shy looking jadepixel doll lab jadepixel eye shop
chien Posted April 25, 2013 Aw, shucks guys. :3 Jadepixel's example is very good! Smiley molds can easily look shy too-- it's like she described, just make the eyebrows slant like she pictured and make the face a bit more blushy. Shy smiles are really adorable after all. :>
SisterKyoya Posted April 25, 2013 Coming from an artist, I believe shyness is mostly determined by eyebrows and cheek color. Personally I can't imagine the Yui, Haruka Amami, or the 04 sculpts looking sad, but now I'm just splitting hairs. None of those are what I think of as 'neutral sculpts' like the majority of them tend to be. ~Sister Kyoya Forum Blog: Badger Pocket Tales (Family story from the beginning) | { Old Family story reboot: Start Here! } Follow me on Twitter, Flickr & Instagram
Nekopon Posted April 25, 2013 I don't think being shy necessarily mean they have to be sad. Smiles can be shy, too!
