PriestessYukiko Posted May 6, 2013 Just wanted to post some pictures of my girls in their new Volks outfits. I also obtained a new wig from Dollfie World for Miyuki, since I was getting a bit tired of her curly wig. They're dressed in their best for Otafest, an anime convention in Calgary that happens in a couple of weeks. I'm going to my first doll meet-up there. The wig is so pretty. It has a little braid in it, and it's so soft and straight. I'm not that fond of the bangs though. The wig from the side. Yoko is so cute! And here they are in the spot I display them. Miyuki refused to stand up straight in her new shoes and was constantly leaning, so I decided to take advantage of it and put her arm around Yoko. baldylox Posted May 7, 2013 They look super cute in those dresses! I really like the style of them. The wig on Miyuki is very cute, I like the color and style. As for the bangs, maybe try to move the wig forward on her head and then trim the bangs a little bit. The wig looks like it's sitting a little far back on her head and that's why the bangs are bugging you. If you don't want to cut her hair then maybe use some small hairclips to keep the hair out of her face and see how you like that. Can't hurt to try! Yes, I joined the Calgary BJD group on Facebook and they said there would be one on Saturday. I'm still waiting to know the time it will be at though. Are you going to Otafest?
