Coolcat - Missing item?

I recently made a small order from Coolcat, I had to buy a carrier bag for my girl, and since I've heard some good things about their bags I decided to try one. Of course ordering just a bag was impossible, so I threw in some other items as well.

 

Later on I received a shipping notification were they told me that the bag was going to be shipped separately. Today I received the box which were supposed included the other items, aka a pair of shoes and a shirt. But when I opened it up I noticed that the shirt was missing. But according to my shipping notification, and the receipt that was included in the box, the shirt SHOULD be in this package. But it's not.

 

I have mailed them about this problem and asked them where the missing item might be, and I hope to god that they don't think I'm trying to trick them or anything.... How's their customer service? Do you think they will send me a new shirt, if it's not included with the bag?

 

Have anyone here encountered any similar problems with them? Because I sure haven't heard about something like this before ):

They have excellent customer service and will likely be apologetic towards the presented issue. I have had an experience before where they sent me the wrong items and quickly sent me a replacement.

Nice got a reply from them, where they apologized for making me confused. ; ^ ; Yey~

 

My bag is in Sweden now, however apparently they have wrote the wrong zip code on the package so now I can't go and pick it up.....
