If you could wear it - which outfit would you rock?

Had the idea this morning when putting on some newly acquired clothes on my gals... "if this were human size I would totally wear this."

 

The set I'd wear would be the Holiday Outing Set, with Mariko's default into the office on a cold blustery day.

 

Which outfit would you want to wear?

 

(which I've always wondered, has anyone ever attempted to cosplay or sew DD clothing for themselves? I would really want to, but my sewing skills aren't near the level to attempt that endeavor! lol)

If I could pick any of the outfits I currently have for my girls I would definitely want to wear the Pink Balloon Dress Set I love the colors and style Now if only I could find one in my size then I could be twins with Momoko It would be really cute if anyone made a DD outfit in their size so they could be twins with their girl.

I would wear DD-like outfits if I had a DD-like figure. And I was a lot younger.

 

Isn't the real question "Which outfit would Baldylox rock?" I'm thinking "kitty bondage" . . .

I like jean shorts and if I was a girl and had a rockin' body like Manami, I'd be damn sure to be showing it off ALL THE TIME.

See, and this is why I love Dollheart because they're actually doing this right now. Too bad I can't justify the cost of any of it.

 

If I could have any of the clothing sets I would love the Dressy Alice set.

 

As it is, I have a pretty close match for the Maid Noir Set. It's certainly not exact, (I'd need some serious aftermarket silicon to even get close to the DD body) but several people have commented that I was twining with my doll. I'll try to get some pictures of my girls and I together in the set at Colossalcon in a few weeks.

 

 

On the opposite side of the spectrum, I have this Bodyline dress and I would REALLY love it if they would make it into a DD sized dress.

I'd wear the hell out of ALL the clothes my girl has. Especially the perfectly tailored Magical Aqua blouse and Rin's vest

 

then again.. technically I've rocked this outfit or variations of 'bout bazillion times already anyway. Does it count?

Seeing as how I am a male collector, I could never rock any of my girls outfits... Though if I were not a guy, there are innumerable outfits that I would try to get away with...lol. I love the look of Mariko's default outfit, it strikes a great balance.

Very few of my girls are in a default or complete outfit now, over time most have developed their own look and style. The only outfit I have ever really left one of them in for any length of time was Mariko in her default. I do have some girls in knit dresses (and lingerie) from Cool-Cats that have been on them for months now.

 

From a more realistic point of view, I'll say that I'd love it if Misheru were wearing just about any of my girl's outfits - scaled to a real person size outfit of course. She'd look awesome in them - though it's always going to be difficult to look past the classic look of a short skirt, heels, and cleavage.

Personally I would like anything from Cool Cats myself.

 

But from Volks? Hmm, I love Alna's shorts from her casual outfits. Moe and Natsuki's 2nd outfits. Akira's kitty fashion and Alna's original sets. I think I must like Idol and Akiba stuff!

 

Any of the tartan punk stuff and if it has a cat ear or motif, I am there!

so PS: if I wanna rock Volks outfits in my-size, will I need to worry about taking something like 10 showers afterwards to get all the fabric-bleed off of my skin??

HA HA!! Such a good point! I don't want my bust stained all black or red! And if I wear a dark colored hat, I'd hate to have stains on my head.

I wore a pair of dark blue shorts from Kohl's without washing them once. I actually had a blue ring around my legs until I showered. I had to scrub pretty hard too. XD

I've never had stuff like pants stain, but a couple times new shoes had color transfer to socks... And one time it actually happened in reverse - my shiny new Ravenclaw knee-highs dyed the inside of my shoes blue

Haha! I wish I could look as fashionably cute as my dolls! XD If I had my choice of their wardrobe, I think I'd want the jacket from the Sailor Tulle set!
