Volks JP at Magical Mirai 2013 Hatsune Miku Event

Very cool!!! I can't wait. It is my big doll expense this year. We bought a house so this is the only thing I am splurging on. Can't wait to get her!!!

Interesting. They did some behind-the-scenes for the Gurren Laggan girls, and some for the White Album duo, but those were posted direct to the DD Blog. Of course, in those cases, those were also posted when the preorder periods were still open, so it was extra publicity.

Something strange happened to my Pre-Order of Hatsune Miku when I checked my orders on the international website. It was gone! Fortunately I just received a new e-mail from Volks and it seems that my order is still on and they are trying to fix the problem with my account. Just wondering: Has anyone the same problem?

I checked my account and my Pre-Order Hatsune Miku isn't showing either.

My pre-order disappeared too :/

That's bizarre! You'd think it'd be VolksUSA that would have the problem, seeing as they switched sites, but my USA Miku order is perfectly accessible. o.o Sounds like International is having some major technical difficulties.

My Miku pre-order has also disappeared, I wonder if we need to contact Volks individually about it or if it's some king of glitch and they will be re-instating them all. Arg stress, I think I'll just send an email to be safe

Mine isn't showing either... I'm assuming they will fix the issue, as it seems wide spread.

I pre-ordered with Volks USA and my pre-order isn't listed under my account either. But I was also an inexperienced newbie at the time and that may have played a role. I have sent an email to Volks.

Mine is still live as well. I don't expect any problems but I'm taking a copy of the order page just in case.

I emailed Volks about it and they replied with this message:

 

"Thank you for your inquiry.

 

Regarding the pre-order status on your account, we are having a problem in our network that momentarily will not let you see the pre-ordered information.

 

Please be assured as your pre-order status has not suffered any changes.

My pre-order is still showing on my Volks page so I guess I'm a lucky one! I really need to start saving up for this girl, currently all funds are being diverted to my birthday fund hehe!

I see it and it's not very nice to look at, but the wig looks a lot fuller in other shots. Maybe it's so noticeable because it was restyled to make hair buns.

I agree it is a styling fail, and not an issue with the wig itself, though I think the issue is more with the bangs than the buns personally. Guess they got someone else to do the styling that day.

 

Though given the length of the fringe/bangs she has, styling her bangs nicely is going to be a pain. If it proves too annoying, I may just bite the bullet and give her a trim. ^^;

My preorder is showing again, it was back this morning. Guess they fixed it!

DD Hatsune Miku is processed through our Yahoo system and therefore we will not be putting the pre-orders of DD Hatsune Miku onto our new system. Because of this, Miku will not show up on our new system’s account.

Cool as that would be, I'm going to guess that's more likely the International ship date; I'm not expecting the US shipments until November or December myself. ^^; (Works out alright to me though--she's my Christmas gift to me!)

We are expecting Miku by November at the earliest, that's how it was with the Xenosaga girls last year. Bree might have a name for her already: Miku + Geek = Geeku!
