baldylox Posted July 6, 2011 Last time, Rei introduced us to the Maid Brigade and inducted it's first two members. Since then, all of Rei's sisters have gained entry into the unit and are ready for action! So let's meet the members and see what they're up to! First up, the full roster! From left to right are Mamimi, Manami, Ryomou, Rei, Mai, Yoko and Miyuki. First up is Miyuki. She is the midrange to close range firearms expert. She prefers rifles and shotguns to any other firearm. She would much rather take out hostile targets well before they get within close range and her sisters swords. Next is Yoko. She is the groups long range sniper and recon specialist. This is third seat Mai Shiranui. She is my close and midrange combat expert. She is also one of the two bladed weapons specialists of the group. Commander in Chief of The Maid Brigade, Rei Ayanami. Close quarters combat specialst. She is a blunt weapons expert as well as a brilliant planner and organizer. She also plays mind games extremely well. Next up is Ryomou Shimei, second in command. She's the extremely close quarters combat and grappling expert. While she is also versed in bladed weapons, she much prefers her handcuffs or bare fists. Close quarters grappler and small firearms master Manami. She's very good with pistols and handcuffs but she prefers grappling opponents and smothering them with her chest. Last but not least is my other swordmaster, Mamimi. She prefers defense to offense but will mix it up if her sisters are in danger. She's fiercely protective of them. Here's Yoko and "Boomer". Yoko says that Boomer is an electrostatic rifle and has an effective range of up to 2.5 miles. He uses on board GPS and weather sensors for tracking and target aquisition. Yoko also added heat sensors, thermal imaging and even night vision. Her glasses have a built in HUD with range finders and weather conditions like wind speeds and humidity levels. I wouldn't want her and Boomer targeting me! Manami and Miyuki are keeping thier weapons clean and ready. CLICK! KACHACK! "We're ready to ROCK!" It looks like Mai and Mamimi are training.... let's watch! "Come at me whenever you're ready." "Here I come!" CLANG! SWOOSH! "Heh, easily blocked Mamimi. That's all you got?" "N...No! I have something else for you Mai!" "Oh really? Are you going to yell at me or something? You have no sword!" "Maybe not...... But I have THESE." VRRRRMMMMMM VRRRRMMMMMM "Darn Star Wars nerd......" "I do love my handcuffs. They come in so handy when dealing with foes." "All I have to do is the demure looking girl in distress look and the suckers line up for a beating." CLICK "Hee hee! I got you Mou-chan!" "Oh you do huh?" FLIP! THUD! "See what I mean? Easy as pie." COUGH COUGH "Eeehhee heeheheee.... I'm so close to the Promised Land!" Choke, WHEEZE "Yes, I run this ragtag group." "If you dare step foot in MY house, Batou and I will see to your untimely demise quite quickly." And here is the crew again, all ready for action! Charlies Angels? They ain't got NUTHIN on these girls!! "Um Papa? Can you have Ryomou show me that grapple hold again? I wasn't ready last time! Heeeheeee!" I hope there's some exceptions to that for invited guests. Ha ha! They're just playing the part, that's all. But it's true that Rei doesn't like uninvited guests dropping in on their own. I'd have to say that while they do make a mess sometimes, Rei makes them clean up afterwards. She hates having stuff in disarray so she's good at keeping it tidy.
