The Chihaya thing is only really useful if you are in Japan, sorry to say. The blog announces that they're going to play a broadcast from Chihaya inside each Volks store in the country, and tells the times when you can hear it. It will be played randomly throughout each day, but if you want to be sure to catch it, there's the 1200/1800 times for weekend or weekday. It does not say anything about what this in-store broadcast will actually contain. My guess would be something like the iM@S radio drama (a long-running thing in JP) just played over each store's PA system, but it's a complete guess. Usually Volks is playing anime, J-Pop, classical, or western radio hits at all times, so the Chihaya broadcast would replace that temporarily a few times a day. Can these only be obtained at the after event if you dont go to the real thing? Or are they gonna have a normal lottery run? Chihaya Posted August 3, 2013 I thought the After Event was the Int lottery, are they two seperete events? I wanted to try and obtain chihaya from the Int Lotto but I hear people say its almost impossible to obtain a doll from a after event lotto. I would like to find out if my chances of getting chihaya via volks are slim to none because if so id like to apply for sakuya from the US lotto. Id rather get a doll from volks then no doll at all.
