Project: Dollfie bench

Today I bought some materials to try making a bench for my four Dollfies. After I worked for 4 hours (and hitting my fingers a million time xD) the result looks like this:

 

 

I never did something like this before, so I'm pretty satisfied right now! Tomorrow I will give it some colour (white or a deep brown.. not sure right now) and I'm working on some pillows and a blanket. Hope this will turn out the way I imagined it. >__<"

Very nice work! That bench looks like it has plenty of room to accommodate more than four girls.... are you planning for more additons?

 

It's nice to see someone building DD stuff with wood. I've done a few projects with it myself and I like how it gives a "warm" feeling. And as you said, making something for your girls by yourself is very satisfying.

 

Congrats! I hope we get to see updates on this project as you keep them coming.

This is a great bench! I'm interested to see what it looks like when completed. It seems like you have done a fine job so far!

 

Baldylox- Perhaps one of the DD who will use the bench is a space hog like your Saber or our Yuriko, taking up the extra room just because it's there. *Imagines the other girls trying to use the bench and getting all squished to the end*

Thank you so much!! I'm glad you both like it Its still not finished >__< I'm working on the pillows for them to sit on, but at least its white now

(I'm too afraid the colour of the bench will stain them so they are sitting on some fabric.)

 

My plan for the future is:

Finish their pillows and I want to paint some red/pink flowers on the side of the bench.

Billy is right I made this bench for six dolls. xD Kosmos and Momo will be joining the family when they are released and I will get Shirakawa Sayaka at some pint for a project. (Will be a little bit cramped then, but maybe I will make another one xDD)
