Measurements of an MDDIII Please?

So, I'm getting an MDDIII and I want to have a cape/cloak for it beforehand, I will be sewing the cloak myself with a sewing machine. I need the measurements of the mini dollfie dream III so that I can get the cloak done.

I need the head measurements, as well as the height and anything else I would need to create the pattern. Since it will be a very basic cloak, just with a hood and cloak portion, about how much fabric will I need for the pattern? I will be very gracious if anyone can come up with the measurements. If you need to know, I will be using an S bust, but I would like it to fit for any other bust size.

As for the head, it's the same as regular DD heads, 8-9 inches for wigs, so if you're making a hat you need to account for the wig too.
