Twin snow order problems?

I wasn't sure where to post this. I placed an ordered with twin snow and never got any updates. I've emailed them almost a week ago and I haven't gotten a reply to that either. Is this normal?

I ordered monday some eyes and sent a message and no news.

ugh, not what I wanted to hear, but thanks for showing similar things have been going on. I went ahead and filed a report. Hopefully I won't have to escalated it to a case. Thankfully I got a different pair of Twin-Snow from a seller here so I'm not SOL at least...
