ZM Finishing Powder Spray UV-Cut

After I'm done with the face-up I make do I seal the last layer with

 

Mr. Super Clear Flat and then apply the ZM Finishing Powder Spray UV-Cut over it

 

OR do I seal the last layer with ONLY ZM Finishing Powder Spray UV-Cut?

I guess I will spray the last layer with Mr. Super Clear and then put few layers of the ZM Finishing Powder Spray. Just in case!
