I've been working on one of my DD boys' faceups the last couple of days and started to realize that the eyes I wanted really would not work with the DD heads. aquilla429 Posted January 17, 2014 The eyes I have in my Lucy are parabox eyes. I really like them. To me they do not look blurry or pixely, neither in person nor in photos. They are clear and the colours bright. They aren’t metallic or shiny, but that’s not a deciding factor on eyes for me and they photograph nicely even without it, all of my pics are only iphone photo’s, but she still looks good. If they matched the character, I would buy these eyes again. Yukamina those blue eyes look really pixelated and like they were printed with an old home printer from like 1995. Also, the purple eyes in your Lucy look really small. SisterKyoya Posted March 18, 2014 Are they pixelated? Yes. But honestly if you aren't staring at it really close or have the fact pointed out to you it really isn't noticeable. And I have to say that I LOVE Lucas' green eyes! (Ignore the hair.) I really couldn't be happier and they were exactly what I wanted. The green is so vivid, something that Volks has yet to manage. The more I look at these, the more I'm wondering if this is more like I had hoped for Naiomi to have originally. I haven't wanted to change her eyes, because for my DD the eyes are about as much of their personality as their head sculpt is. Her eyes were intended to be SO much more green, and even after her having the eyes she has for over two years, they still look like snake eyes to me. They creep me out a bit if I stare at them too long. I may just have to test Lucas' eyes out on her soon. I think I have everything but regular blue.
