Over in the photo section, I made a post about a recent mystery package that arrived:

After some deep investigations and cat herding of info, I've finally deduced what's going on. Unfortunately, a certain one of my girls happened to stumble onto it before I did so now the point is moot.

Ha ha! Had yall going for a minute didn't I?

 

Everyone was sure I was getting yet another girl but not this time!

 

It seems that what happened was two of my good friends, who shall remain nameless for now unless they want to chime in, decided it would be good for Sprout and I to revisit her MDD sized days when she used to live with Littlebearries. So they got together, found a white skinned MDD body and sent it along to us!

 

The idea of giving us an MDD body in the first place is crazy enuff but to find a WS one? Those are like SUPER hard to find! So when I opened this package up for the first time, I was really awestruck over it. I'd never seen one in person before and Sprout has never been on one before. She's always had to use regular skin ones. So now she actually has an MDD body that matches her skin tone!

 

So yes, in the end, I'm playing games again. It had been a while since I'd done any bait and switches or hidden away anything like this. Plus, my two benefactors asked that I do this for some fun. So how could I tell them no? The only one complaining was Sprout but that was until she figured out she could wear more shoes, then she was all over it. LOL

 

Thanks to my two benefactors, I certainly enjoyed the present and I'll make sure to use this new body in the future for more fun Mini Sprout adventures. And thanks to everyone who played along in the other thread. It was fun to see what people thought about my supposed creepy gift!

Oh Billy you always manage to pull the wool over everyone's eyes! I was wondering when the answer to the mystery box would be revealed and I'm glad to see it wasn't as creepy as it seemed to be~ At least I was right in thinking to myself that if there was a MDD foot that a whole body would show up sooner or later Sprout is super cute as a MDD and I'm glad to see she finally has one in her correct skin-tone Oh the many adventures she will have and the many wonderful new shoes she'll get to try out. Congrats on getting this rare item for your birthday

OH MY GOODNESS! I was going to tell you in the other thread that I didn't send the foot because my first thought was wondering if the ankles were sound. After Tama having weak ankles for so long its always the first thing on my mind.

 

Is Sprout really truly going to stay an MDD this time? She was really cute as normal Sprout, but MDD Sprout is by far my ultimate favorite! You treat your girls so well that I'm super glad that you were able to get such a special gift for your birthday! OMG! MDD Sprout is back!! Raven is going to have a fit! I'm so stunned that I don't know what to say! One of Littleberrie's pics of MDD Sprout was the 2nd pic I added to my favorites on Flickr when I was looking at DD before I decided on Tama. *Must resist sending tons of MDD sized cute stuff to Sprout* I can't wait to see her with Kino! That would surely be death by cuteness! MDD hugs would just put the nail in the coffin, but it would be so well worth it!

Heh, I'm glad you like seeing MDD Sprout again, seems you've missed her. And yeah, the way that card was done was kind of funny but also kinda creepy. At least I know who did it now and if I need serial killer notes made, I'll get THEM to make some for me.

Thank you very much! Sprout's got a different outlook on things so she sees things others wouldn't pretty easily. As for the shoe issue, I'm sure she'll find a way to wrangle those MDD shoes away from her sisters long enuff to at least try a few pairs on.

Hee hee, I do try! I tried to make it look creepy even tho it wasn't at all. Misdirection is the key to doing stuff like this. Sprout should have a little bit of fun on this body but if not, WE will be entertained! And thanks, I'm happy to have this as well.

Heh, I knew who sent this all along but it was fun watching others posting that it wasn't them. As for ankles, these were a little loose but not nearly as bad as others I've had. I did some repairs to them and kipped the knees too so this body is now in good condition.

 

As for Sprout staying an MDD, I doubt it. Even tho she's adorable in this form, she's NOT happy about being smaller than the sisters she looks up to so she'd never let me keep her on this body forever. But that's not to say she won't have some occasional misadventures on it from time to time. I surely can't NOT use this body since friends went to such lengths to get it for me. So you'll see her on it in the future for sure but don't expect it to be her permanent one.

 

Don't worry tho, I'm sure you'll get your wish of seeing her Kino and seeing her get hugged by her MDD sisters.

Hee hee, thanks! Sprout is all about shoes, it's her only real hobby. You're right about this hobby being expensive but it doesn't always have to be. Taking your time looking for stuff, talking to people about your wants and doing your homework on things is what gets you the goodies you want and helps with keeping prices lower too.

 

It's not always about having big money tho, it's about how you spend what money you have. And it's about the community too..... without friends in the hobby, I wouldn't have half the cool stuff I do. I'm a big believer in karma and in this hobby, the more you help others, the more they help you.

Thank you! This isn't long term at all, she's already back on her DDII body. This is for fun and stories that will have her either in a dream sequence or something with magic involved. She's way too fond of her grown up body now to EVER go back to the tiny MDD size body permanently.

I feel rather strangely accomplished at you calling me a loony! I know it's something I shouldn't be proud about, but I am anyway.

 

An MDD 06 would be sooooo adorable! You know she would! And I even have a solution for you, to save you the suffering and angst on what to do with her! You could have a magical fairy MDD girl who can use her magic to swap bodies with Sprout at will! That way it would be like getting four extra girls instead of just two.

 

Having a headless body is bad, didn't you know? They are voracious eaters (who would put Manami to shame) who wander around your house at night terrorizing everyone with their headless zombie imitations! Think of poor Kino hiding in fear under her blankies at night too terrified to sleep! And a body without a head... talk about a brainless girl! She would inadvertently scramble Rei's science experiments worse than Manami! Don't blame me then when you have an infestation of headless MDD bodies! A cute little singular MDD invasion of the body snatchers is better than an MDD zombie apocalypse! Even your best fighting girls would have a hard time counteracting that!

 

The poor MDD body might be so distraught without a head that she would have to make her own with that forgotten apple in the back of your fridge, old spaghetti, and googly eyes. Googly eyes for goodness sake! She would be so ashamed to be seen by your adorable girls that she would hide in the back of your closet for years, shunning the light and company, turning into the first MDD Golum. Her only company being the dust bunnies, your old lost left sock, and a button.

You hadn't seen Sprout as an MDD before? When she lived with Littlebearries, she was always on a NS MDD body. And I've let her use one of the NS ones I have a few times but she's now so used to her WS DDII, she doesn't like going small again. But now that she has her own WS MDD body, I'll have her on it a bit more often just for kicks. As for the magic involved, I think there was something in that box that reacted to vinyl only because when I dug thru it, nothing happened to me. Maybe there's something else behind it, I'm not sure yet. And I'm glad I got you, it was hard not just posting pics of Sprout on her new body right out the gate.

 

 

SK, I'm not even going to try and quote that wall o' text you had earlier so I'll just pick some high points to acknowledge.

 

Yes, I do hate having a headless body around. I feel bad for it but this time, I've no plans to add yet another girl to the family. So the WS MDD body will stay clothed to protect it but it will stay in the spare room on a chair out of my sight so I'm not tempted with anything.

 

I know there are things I could do with the body itself and I've already got two ideas for that. I appreciate you giving me ideas too, you have a good imagination!

 

And finally, an 06 WS MDD girl would be terribly adorable. But as I said before, the number of girls in the house now isn't conductive to be adding another right now. Two bakers dozens minus two are taking up some serious space.

Good grief! Is this some sort of plot to completely strip me of any and all money I might have? Are you guys TRYING to make my life more difficult? You *do* know that if I add another girl in WS to the family, Sprout's going to take it personally. I think she enjoys being the only WS girl here because she stands out and is different. She won't agree or tell me but I'm positive she likes the attention.

 

But on the other hand, Sprout may do the opposite and really love having another girl around that's similar to her. She may take the role of older sister to heart and really spoil another WS girl. Who's to say?

This is what I did with Rainie and Ringo (who also happen to be 01s!) but it's hard to tell at the moment because they are sharing a body... Trust me, having bodyless heads is worse than headless bodies. I'm still trying to do what I can to remedy that situation, but my wrist that I severely hurt in grade school is acting up really badly making even sewing projects distinctly painful.

 

I appreciate the compliment on my creativity. It starts to get to be obvious to me that I need to work on my own stories again when goofy things like this continue to pop up in my posts that aren't the Boy's Club. If I don't it just continues to get worse (and much longer.) One of the side benefits is it gives my wrist a chance to rest at least. The biggest plus side though is I started writing out DD kids into my fantasy world today and Raven really got a kick out of it. Sometimes it is really hard for me to know how they interact in photo stories because I need to stick them into a lot of situations to really get their personalities figured out. With just writing about them I can do a lot of that in a small amount of time. Needless to say, Bree was wandering around with a bucket on her head...

 

As for what should be done with the MDD body, I don't want you to feel like you are expected to do something with it. I just get a kick out of teasing you a bit, the whole apple head blurb was a surprise even to me. I hope it made you smile, even a little.
