goharago Posted October 28, 2013 Aww this sucks I was almost hit by this scammer myself back in early June pre-ordering an Asuna and Alice off Nyamimi. I was 99.99% sure I was going to get scammed after the 1st batch got released (and this seller failed to deliver nd tried to delay me...) so I quickly filed a dispute with PP before the 45 claim date was up. Provided PP with screenshots of all my MFC pm's with this user so hopefully my case will help you and others get the rest of your money back. What frustrates me is I wanted to alert everyone on MFC about this but decided not to call out people w/o concrete proof...so I personally alerted the head mods of MFC regarding this in May/June and they didn't seem to take action till all the damage was done:( From my online experience, personally I think all pre-sales extending past the 30-45 day period shouldn't be allowed.
