sorry to hear that. i had the same problem with a proxy couple of dolpa back. i found out where the proxy was and had to call up some friends to pay the proxy a visit. i was lucky me friends were near. hope you can at least gets your money back

 

 

That's so lucky >_< I hate it!!! I lost 25% of the total as I paid that as a deposit months ago and I can't make a claim for it any more >_<

Have you ever used this person before, or was this your first time and you had a bad feeling based on the pictures you saw?

 

Bad feeling as none of the pictures had the same background which there was no reason for :/

 

I had also been emailing volks about the process so was pretty confident the dolls shouldn't have arrived yet

Yeah, if I provided any sort of service like that... It would be standard to take pictures of all of their items together, as well as a piece of paper with their name or something.

I know someone who paid completely as gift and someone who ordered more dolls than me so has lost double in deposit >_<

Money will be claimed back and will be put to one side on the 22nd, I've then given the seller a limit of 10days (or until the end of sept) to prove they have the dolls before I spend the money on finding them elsewhere. I know they are on a business trip until the 24th so that'll give them pretty much a week after they get back,

 

I know from emailing volks that the dolls in Japan are supposed to deliver around the 21st and I don't want to rule out completely that they sent me the other pictures because they didn't have the money to spare to refund as they spent it on the dolls,

 

But these are big if's, I'd need lots of convincing before I sent my money again!!

Wow how brash is that to send an empty box so that somebody will close the dispute =_= just hearing that somebody pulls off something like this makes me mad! I hope most people can get their money back but how terrible for everybody who sent payment as a gift..

I contacted her a while back but she didn't look like a bad one, so I got surprised that she was Nyamimi, the scammer. If you want, try to contact her by yourself.

That's right, I only had contact with seelieful, not Nyamimi. I also remember that seelieful was located in Spain, and Nyamimi in Japan... Everything's so confusing @.@

 

I just hope everything gets resolved for the people involved.

exactly!! i dont want anyone else to get caught, i know someone who was using her to get her first DD and she sent her full payment as a gift ):
