CLOSED (Need help identifying DDH-07 faceup)

Does anyone recognize this DDH-07 facup? Who made it? As far as I can tell it's a custom version, not the Volks prepaited version. It's really pretty

I contacted the owner on flickr some time ago but I've received no reply so far. I can't find their usernames, PixSphere / fishoid, in the forum member list.
