Wonderous Wig Whimsy!

Ok, that title stinks.

 

Anyways, Yukino is the inquisitive type so she had been wondering what secrets were hiding in the large storage container in the guest bedroom. She finally decided to ask Ryomou about it and they then proceeded to take a look....

 

Y - "So what's in here Mou-chan?"

 

R - "Well, it's mainly extra stuff that's too big to be put in the other containers with the clothes and such."

 

 

"Mostly, we keep extra wigs in here."

 

 

"Wigs? Like extra hair? That's pretty cool! Can I see?"

 

 

R - "Sure, most of them are in these 2 bottom drawers so we can get to them easily."

 

Y - "Neat!"

 

 

"Well, here is how my original wig was before Papa took off the twintails. These are so hard to keep from looking funky tho..."

 

 

"Heh, now I see why Manami loves these braids so much! I feel like Heidi of the Swiss Alps! I may just burst into song..."

 

 

"Aww! You look so sweet in that!"

 

 

"You don't look half bad in my wig either Yukino. But maybe you should try out Mai's old wig."

 

 

"You mean this one? It's an odd color."

 

 

"Nah it's not odd. What's odd is ME with black hair! Ha ha!"

 

 

Y - "Oh no Mou-chan! You look nice like that! Do you think I can try it next?"

 

R - "Sure thing, just take off those twintails and you can try it out."

 

 

Y - "How does it look?"

 

R - "Way better on you than on me, that's for sure."

 

 

"How about this? Pulled back, this gray wig isn't too bad."

 

 

Y - "I like the red clip Mou-chan!"

 

R - "Thanks Yu-chan. It helps but I don't think this is right for me."

 

 

Y - "Wow, this one is cute! Why doesn't anyone use this one anymore?"

 

R - "I was told that used to be Miyuki's but her overactive ways made the curls in that wig fray really badly. Papa is trying to figure out a way to get that fixed so she can wear it again."

 

 

"Speaking of Miyuki, THIS is her original wig she came with when she was adopted. She was Magical Miyuki at that time. So funny to think of that... "I'm Magical Miyuki-chan! Can't you feel the love? HA HA!"

 

 

"Ok, lets put that away before Miyuki hears me. Here's a cool one that Rei wears sometimes. It's the only other one Papa seems to like on her."

 

 

"I think it's nice with these twintails."

 

 

"Hee hee! Look at this one Mou-chan! It's so bright! This wig is too funny!"

 

 

R - "Watch it little sis.... that's MY default wig and Papa and I both love it."

 

Y - "Ah! I'm sorry Ryomou! I didn't mean anything bad! I'll take it off right away..."

 

 

"It's ok, you didn't know. You've never seen me in that before and it IS quite a brilliant blue. Hey, where did you get THAT?"

 

 

"What? This? It's Yoko's wig. I... borrowed it since she was asleep..."

 

 

"BWAHHAHAAHAA! That's awesome! Yoko will freak if she wakes up and it's gone! She'll be like this: "Oh no! Where's my hair gone? Did it run away? Eeeeek!"

 

 

Y - "You're so funny Mou-chan!"

 

R - "Ahh, I crack me up sometimes."

 

 

 

"Eeeeee! Where's my wig?? Ahhhh!!"

 

Y - "Uh oh, that sounds like Yoko..... what will I do?"

 

R - "Sorry girl, you're on your own with this!"

Nice story. It's nice to see how each wig gives them a different look.

I'm thinking of getting some new wigs, just some basic straight type ones. I find curly hair hard to manage, especially when it looses it curls. I only got Water Wax, none of the other styling sprays.

Just think about it: you are peacefully sleeping, maybe dreaming to eat marvelous nommies, when, suddently, you wake up... And all your hairs are gone!!! But you don't have to worry... Your youngest sister just borrowed them for a while...

 

Anyway, Ryomou looks beautiful with every wog in the post (I love her with Rin's default wig**)! Yukino looks cute too, but I think she would be great with a short wig or with mid-lenght curls ><

Man those Yukinos just can't be trusted can they? You turn your back and they're always up to no good, whether it be improper use of cameras or stealing hair from sleeping girls.

 

I liked Ryomou in the light blue wig the most.

Thanks! Before I got any extra wigs, I didn't think they could change how a girl looked so much. But after getting a few of them, I really liked their new styles. Now I have a bunch of them and half of those I'll never use again. I need to have a sale dammit.

 

I agree about curly hair being a pain, that one twintail I have with long curls looked so nice when it was new. But now it's so frizzy I can't use it at all. I really want to get it fixed up but have no clue how to.

Yes, poor Yoko didn't like having no hair when she awoke. But Yukino got it back to her quickly and apologized. Of course Yoko forgave her and now they're all good. I'm glad you liked Ryomou in her different wigs, she seems to be able to use lots of styles and still look nice. I also think Yukino looks best in shorter hair. I don't know about curls tho, those can be such a pain to keep looking nice....

I think Ryomou in just the short part of that ligth blue wig looks good too. The twintails just don't work on her for me. But the short part looked decent enuff. Thanks!

They're so cute and funny playing with those.

 

I have the "Heidi" wig on order from Leekeworld. The braids are thicker than I thought they would be. Sorta looks out of scale that way.

You have quite the collection of wigs! Volks USA has a nice wig styling guide here: http://site.volksusa.com/sumikatimes/2011/06/02/tame-that-wig-2/ Which should help with that curly wig. Those two big curls look easier to do than the wig Volks used!

Really fun pictures. It is amazing how it really can change a girls personality based on the wig alone. I'm still trying to pick out wigs I want to get.

 

The look on her face at the end is priceless. "uh oh!"

They are both so versatile and cute in everything they wear. I love seeing them in so many different styles. I hope Yoko doesn't get too upset at them.
