vegablack Posted September 19, 2013 I just got MDD pieces in the mail from Volks USA today and when I put them together I found out that my girl can't twist her right arm at the elbow like she's supposed to be able to (and like her left one does). I took the arm apart and found out that the part that's supposed to twist is completely stuck in the socket (the piece right above the elbow). Is there an easy way to fix it or should I just write to/call volks and tell them the piece was defective and see if they'll give me a new one?
