Rise-chan's got a Monster-pac..

so Rise-chan has been bugging me to make her something cute and creepy since its going to be October soon so after a trip into fabric-land I made this..I hope the color works ok for everyone XD if not it is a bright hot colored type pink XD

 

he is fuzzy and furry and has some sass..

 

he has a cute mouth and monster teeth closers... hehehe

 

hehe his insides are red so it seems like your filling up an actual monster! lol I think the only problem is now I have three other girls who want a monster-pac... off to the sewing machine I go haha

XD yea it reminds me of a muppet too! Lily has told me I need to make her cookie monster XD and yea it scales up to people size, the example I saw in the store was people sized and then I tried to figure out how they made it and then scaled it down to doll size haha

lol thanks ^__^ and the blue fluff all over my living room is a sure sign that cookie monster will make an appearance soon...and that my vacuum will hate me XD if he doesn't turn out badly I will be sure to share some pics

Are you cutting the fake fur with sewing scissors? When I was making some tiger stripe kitty outfits I found out that using a sharp X-acto knife and just cutting the fabric on the back helped the fur not be so horribly messy.

 

Have you thought about if you might offer to sell a few of these or offer the pattern in the sewing section? I'm pretty sure that if they were up for sale that Yuriko would love a bright orange one. I can already see little Bree going and 'feeding' it with whatever she gets her sticky little fingers on.

HAHAHA the pink one I cut with sewing scissors and was like GAH the FLUFF it attacks! so I did try a few different things when cutting the blue but its just as messy I think its because its that fo-fur shag stuff so there is even more fluff then normal soft/fuzz fabric XD

 

selling...monster-pacs....that could be fun..I will wait and see how cookie monster turns out before give a for sure answer.. um pattern hahaha yea pattern... um..hehehhehee don't really have a pattern I just sketched out some ideas and then use basic shapes and what not XD hmmm I do believe I saw some orange fluffy fluff when I was there. Oh my lol not the sticky fingers! they get stuck to everything!
