oreii Posted September 25, 2013 Okay, so next week I'm planning to pay off the last 75% of my gorgeous first girl, But I'm just slightly worried that the Flickr seller won't send me the item or the item will get lost in customs or something. The seller sent me three pictures of my girl in her box with a note stating the date, my username and a picture of another doll that appears in his photostreams across Flickr, so I know that part is legit. I was just wondering what I should do if I don't receive the parcel, since I've never bought something this expensive before. Would it be better to buy insurance on my parcel or should I bring it up with PayPal? Sorry if this question has been asked before or if it is a silly one, I just tend to panic at the last minute. The seller is known as Sakuma-Sweet and the pics are at the top of his gallery if you want to check authenticity, but as far as I know they are. Thank you! ~ oreii ♪

I just couldn't resist those big puppy-dog eyes!! It depends, if you can prove the seller is at fault then yes, but they have to weigh everything up, i mean you wouldnt like it if you sold something and then the buyer just said they hadn't received it when they had, right? Usually unless the seller can prove they shipped it/provide tracking, and prove what they shipped was your item, then your fine I have a gorgeous family of DD girls See my profile for a list of my beauties!! Innocentsake Posted September 25, 2013 First off congratulations on getting your first girl! The first one is always so exciting Just as bethykins said make sure you make your payments as "Goods" and pay the PayPal Fees. Doing this puts you under PayPal's buyer protection and gives you 45 days from the day you sent payment to file a claim should you suspect that something has gone wrong with your purchase or something is wrong with it when you've received it. PayPal will then go through the claims process to decide in your favor or not. If you pay using "Gift" then PayPal will do nothing to help you and you will lose any money you've paid to the seller. Also since you said you're paying the last 75% of your girl off just know that anything else you've paid that has exceeded the 45 days will not be reimbursed by PayPal. https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/paypal-safety-and-security Also with something so expensive I would definitely recommend paying the extra money for tracking and/or insurance should it get lost in the mail. If the seller hasn't given you anything to worry about I wouldn't jump to conclusions. But definitely in the future it would be best to ask the seller for any feedback they have anywhere to put your mind at ease.
oreii Posted September 25, 2013 Thanks, ohoho, I know I absolutely cannot wait for her to come home!! Okay, thank you so much for telling me all of this, I think I would have just worried myself into an early grave if I had no way of getting my money back if everything went wrong. I'll ask the seller now for feedback and a quote for insurance and tracking, but again, thank you both for giving me straight answers!!
