Removing stains from a second hand WS body?

Is it posible to remove stains from a vinyl doll ?

You well need remove-zit and 9-1-1 stuff from twin pines that is made for vinly dolls. You can get this stuff from Junkyspot. I have use this stuff and l will only use this stuff also it works great.

I've had negative effects using remove zit with WS as it stained the skin yellow instead. I suppose it's different for each person.
