I already own 3 and a bit (floating heads) resin bjds, but after having a play with DDs at a meet I think I've been converted to their posing abilities. I am definitely looking into a vinyl body (either DD or Obitsu) for one on my floaters. I really wanted a MDD Mirai back in the day, but never got a chance to get one, I really like the idea of a DD to be a 'cosplay ' doll to dress up as different anime characters. The main reason I've probably never gotten one before now is I believe (correct me if I'm wrong) that it's pretty impossible to get a brand new one to the UK. I'm definitely a noob when it comes to the world of vinyl so I'm ready to learn anything and everything. The final thing is I apologise in advance for future typos. Marq V Posted October 20, 2013 Welcome, Arkinlae I live in the US, so I don't know about how difficult it is to get a new Dollfie in the UK. But I believe I have seen comments in the forums here about others in the UK who get them, albeit maybe at an inflated price? Do you have a particular doll in mind or character you would like to make from a Dollfie? I do like the possibility of the Dollfies' and I recently got a DDIII body with the extended elbow joint which nice. There is certainly a lot to learn about the DD's and there is plenty of information here. I'm in Europe and getting brand new Dollfies is definitely not impossible if you go through Volks international.
