littlebearries Posted July 27, 2011 I got some heads at a great discount because they were stained, so I thought I'd take the opportunity to try modding them... here is the first one I tried... it's a White Skin HDD-01 modded to look like Kuroneko from Ore no Imoto ga Konna ni Kawaii Wake ga Nai She is nowhere near perfect yet, but I did learn a lot about modding, and I think, for the most part, she's still pretty darn cute! Yeah, it got changed slightly, because the HDD-01 heads have those upper eyelid spots that bump out... and I was afraid if I sanded them away, it would get too thin, so she didn't end up with the flat across upper eye paint like the Nendo has... and that ends up making her look more pouty. I'm a bit annoyed because that bit makes it look like the upper line of her eye paint is uneven too... I never said I felt uncomfortable... honestly, I was kinda hoping you'd post links when I said I'd never seen any other ones. This was my first modding attempt, I am under no delusions that this is a masterpiece, LOL, she's got flaws up the wazoo (well, not literally, thank goodness)... and I'd LOVE to see some of the other ones that have been done, it might give me some good ideas for refining what I've done here!!
