I might have missed the info but does the penguin have a hole in the bottom or do you just stuff her in through the mouth? Not sure who to feel more sorry for in either case.

But that doesn't stop one stuffing her through the mouth.

Got my Penguin suit last night too. That adorable thing is hugee (by my standards), it reaches up to my chin when I'm seated on the ground, furry,soft and also wide enough for a comfortable grip. Hugging it feels unusually...theraputic.

 

Melty got to jump into this awesome ball of fur to check the fit out.

 

Even after removing the inner cushion, she had to bend in awkward positions before she could be zipped up. I don't recommend putting a whole DD body inside it, as skeleton might break if you go overboard with the hugging.

Volks did put in some effort in the mouth size though.

The mouth opening is a very tight fit and holds the head down firmly, so if you are planning to just leave your girl's head in like I do, rolling heads wont be an issue here.

My parcel finally arrived this afternoon after spending a week sitting in customs so I now have my first two DD heads yay (plus the nordic dress set for one of my resin girls).

My Vampire Outfit arrived today. There were no customs on the outfit! I was surprised! I'm also really happy it arrived so quickly once it was shipped. I still have no doll to try on the outfit, but at least it's here ready to be worn!

 

Ricochet: Oh my gosh! That costume is so cute! I'm regretful that I didn't buy the Penguin Costume! I might need to purchase it in the second-hand market eventually!

I think with a Guy Fawkes mask like yours, carrying the penguin on board the flight will be the least of your worries.

My Dear Vampire S/SS size does not fit Yukiho. She has to have it unbuttoned. In addition the hands don't fit the gloves. I tried Rina Ogata's hands but they don't fit Yukiho. I do have a M/L My Dear Vampire set I won in the latest lottery.... but that hasn't shipped yet. Oh well, if Volks makes Iori, she'll have the S/SS set. Yukiho looks gorgeous otherwise.

Well it is possible to make it fit, but it will probably tear the buttons out sooner or later. I was hoping it would still fit although be a bit on the tight side.

 

What are DEKA hands? I'm using Sakura Shinguji's hands with Yukiho. Rina Ogata's hands have their fingers spread out, which would fit the vampire gloves.

Yukiho comes with the fisted hands though. And the hands she's currently using are Sakura's Sword Holding Hands.

Oh ok. My Marisa had to switch hands to use them too since she comes with fisted hands too.

I already mentioned this in the "Does it Stain?" thread, but figured I share here since it's relevant to this release.

 

The black underskirt from the Earmuffs Nordic Dress Set can stain if it touches the doll.

The black collar and tie-up bit from the knitted dress was safe after 48 hrs of wear on a L-bust doll. The black underskirt left marks where it was in contact with the thighs (since I had wrapped her up in a doll bag). I imagine it could stain the waist too, but I had the sense to put high-waisted shorts underneath the skirt.

It's rather silly since there is a white lining in the black underskirt but it doesn't go down the whole length of the skirt >_>"

Leggings, tights or even a nude a bodystocking should be fine.

 

I should mention I haven't tried washing the offending skirt. Maybe I'll toss it in with my laundry this weekend and give it a quick test afterwards.
