And if so, would these people be required to buy these items? This time was a bit unique that they said that unpaid orders would be put up for redrawing after november 4. The fine print has always been, that they assume that your intentions are to buy whatever you have selected to lotto for. So as long as your account is in "Lottery" status you probably are expected to pay up if you get selected as a runner up. But I have no idea will they go the full "We'll terminate your account" thing if you dont pay up as a runner up. I would not put that past them. I like Volks' products when they're not falling apart or staining. But as a company, their treatment of customers is just the lowest.
