Crack inside the head (Neck Hole)

Hello people, I have a problem, severe one I guess.

 

My Ayane has a crack inside her head, at the neck hole. I don't know what to do.

 

Many moons before, I took off her head to change the eyes, there's no sign of the crack, but yesterday, when I want to change her eyes again, I found crack at the neck hole (I read somewhere, DD Lucy white skin version has this problem). that crack made her head very lose. Anybody can help me with this problem..?

Well, many DD heads have this crack... The openings are not machined so they differ between heads.

I'm not sure if You can glue it together (probably yes, wait for other answers) but there's one thing to prevent further cracking. It's used for repairs different things, even for metals.

 

 

You need to drill a small hole at the very end of the crack, so the forces won't rip apart the material later, only bend it. It's called "stop drill" sometimes.

And then file the opening a little after the repair, so the forces should be smaller and it won't rip again.
