DD as Figures!

I found cute Naris as figure!

 

 

Are there any more figures made from conception of DD? ^^

I mean, "figures made from conception of DD?" is not quite the right question.

 

Neris is a character from Shining Hearts game by Sega, and Volks made DDs based on Tony Taka character designs. The same for Aerie.

So this Neris figure is based on the same Tony's character from the SH series, not on DD.

And because of that, there is a load of figures of these characters.

Actually there are tons of figures of character used for DD designs XD

Saber and her many alter-egos (overall Alter and Lily) have over 200 figures currently on the market; Tamaki's image from To Heart 2 is reproduced in over 150 figures (most of them are +18!); also Evangelion girls, Asuka, Rei and Mari have been sculpted in nearly 1000 figures!!!

I can stay here hours writing about all the figures I have seen and all the manufacturers (btw, I'm an Alter fangirl ) XD

Remember that many people think that Dollfie Dreams are figures!

Originally I got into DD's as an extension of my figure hobby - in a lot of ways they're like giant figma. But the customization abilities are endless.

It'll probably never happen, but Figmas of Natsuki, Moe, Alana, Akira, Aoi and Yukino would be pretty cool! They could even have extra blank faces like the Lucky Star Figmas, for customization.

Those archetype figma are very tricky to find now and have become pretty expensive.

 

You're significantly better off just buying and modding a cheaper figma like one of the Haruhi ones since they sell for a lot less.
