I just recently got into Dollfie Dreams (the first DD I ordered was M.O.M.O., and now Miku), but I can definitely see a future ahead with far more dolls than I ever anticipated. I'm more of a figure collector than a doll collector, but I'm really excited to start learning! (And I'm really excited to start saving up for Millhiore. One day...) Sounds like you didn't end up getting anyone else during that year-long wait, which I will say is quite impressive. Personally I tried collecting Figmas and figures for a brief period, but once I got my first DD girl Agatha there was no going back for me. Some people do end up keeping up the figure collection while also getting DDs, though. I suppose finding out if your dolls end up part of your collection or if they supplant it is part of the adventure! Millhi's your unicorn I take it? One of the locals here, Animagic4U has a Millhi head on an Obi50 body, and she's definitely adorable! I at first thought I didn't much care for her, but after seeing her in person I changed my mind a fair bit. Speaking of locals, do check the Meet-Ups forum! There's members all over the world, so there's decent odds you'll be able to get together with someone. In this household, sanity is considered a tresspasser. I can't say I wasn't tempted by a few others... I think dolls will definitely end up a part of it! Figure collecting will probably always be my main, but dollfies are, to me, like Yami said, sort of super-sized figures! Very, very adorable super-sized figures. Millhi is, yes!
