A *VERY* late B-day gift from Salica XD

Altho my birthday was in late August, my most excellent friend Salica decided to go ahead and send me a super late B-day present anyway. And since most of it was for our girls, I decided to let them open everything up.

 

Sango, Elisabeth and Katerina were hanging out in the living room when I get home.

 

 

"Papa, move over, you're blocking the TV."

 

 

E - "Hi Papa! How was work?"

 

K - "Hello Papa. I do hope everything went well today."

 

 

Thank you girls for worrying about me and work! But besides all that, you three got a package today from your Mommy!

 

E - "Mommy! Yay!"

 

K - "Oh my, Mommy sent us something?"

 

S - "Cool! I wonder what she sent this time?"

 

 

E - "I'm gonna open this up right now!"

 

K - "Be careful not to cut your hand dear."

 

S - "Lenny! Get off me! You're too big to sit in my lap! NO!"

 

 

"Oooooo! What pretty paper!"

 

 

"Papa, this note says this is for you!"

 

Ahh, so that's what she sent me. You can go ahead and open it dear.

 

"Yay! I wonder what it is?"

 

 

K - "Ohh, Mommy sent a card Papa. It's quite nice."

 

E - "Look! It's an outfit!"

 

S - "And it's a nice one too! Pull it all the way out Liz."

 

 

"Mommy has such pretty handwriting. I wish I could write as well as she does."

 

Your writing is just fine dear. I wish *I* could write half as nicely as you do.

 

 

K - "Oh my, that's very nice."

 

E - "Yeah it is! So cute!"

 

S - "I might have to claim this one guys. It's just my style!"

 

 

S - "Hey , when did Yukino grow her hair out?"

 

 

K - "What's that Elisabeth?"

 

E - "I dunno, you wanna open it?"

 

K - "Sure!"

 

 

That looks pretty neat Kat.

 

"Yes! Mommy always wraps things so well!"

 

 

"What the heck does *The Book* mean?"

 

 

"Oh my gosh! A tiny German beer stein! So cute!"

 

Yep! When your Mommy went to Germany earlier this year, she picked that up for you!

 

 

E - "OH MY GLOB! This is THE BOOK! Mommy made this!"

 

S - "Oh wow. Papa showed us that online the other day. I never thought we'd get one!"

 

K - "Mommy has outdone herself!"

 

 

"Look, it's our little sister Kristen! Isn't she pretty?"

 

 

S - "Mommy takes such good photos."

 

E - "Awww! I miss our Canadian sisters.... they're so pretty!"

 

K - "I miss them too dear but we have a family here full of wonderful sisters that need us too."

 

E - "Yeah, I guess you're right."

 

 

Lenny loves his gift too. LOL

 

 

E - "Look Kat! Your picture is in here!"

 

K - "Ohhh! I'm flattered Mommy would include me in this book!"

 

 

S - "You've got TWO pics in here Liz."

 

E - "Whaa?"

 

 

"Eeeeee! I'm so embarrassed!"

 

 

"What do you have to be embarrassed about?"

 

 

S - "Just look at these pics. That outfit is so adorable! And that tiny hat is way cute too."

 

 

"Look! A bag from Harrods! This is an awesome store in London!"

 

Ahh, your Mommy must have picked that up when she went there.

 

 

"What the heck is in he...."

"Woof!"

 

 

"He looks just like the dog Mommy has! So cute!"

 

 

"I think I will name him.... Kensington."

E - "Awww, Yoko is on the back! She's so pretty..."

 

S - "I wonder if there's anything else in the box?"

 

 

E - "Ohh! What's that Sango?"

 

S - "Hmm, it's a gift from Little Annie for Sprout. Guess I'll go grab her."

 

 

Several minutes later...

 

S - "Ok, I got her Liz."

 

E - "Hey Sprout! Your cousin Little Annie sent you a present!"

 

 

Sprout - "She did? Why? I didn't send her anything. Why would she do that?"

 

E - "Because she likes you and she's awesome? Hee hee!"

 

Sango - "Yall scoot over so we can get up there."

 

 

"She made me a card and something else? "

 

 

"This card is pretty cute... Annie is good at making cards."

 

 

E - "Lookit the purse! It's PINK!"

 

Sprout - "Yeah, it's pink alright."

 

K - "Did she say she made this too? Or just what's inside it?"

 

 

"Well, let's see what's in here..."

 

 

E - "EEEEEE! What's THAT?"

 

S - "........"

 

 

Sprout - "It's..... it's...."

 

 

E - "Is it a bunny? Is it sick?"

 

S - "It's not sick. He's...."

 

 

"He's Roger. That's all. Just Roger."

 

 

"Thank you Mommy!"

 

Yes, thank you Salica for all the wonderful gifts! We all love them, especially the book! =3

 

 

Sprout - "Don't worry Roger, all geniuses are misunderstood. I'll take good care of you."

 

Sango - "Geniuses? Seriously?"

That photobook was really cool, it looked really nice. That picture of Lenny enjoying the wrapping paper made me laugh.

Wow, lucky you getting a copy of the book! The girls got a pretty good haul too, and Sango's right, that's totally her style.

 

I really had to laugh at the way Sprout named Roger. Sounded like something I might say!

The photo-bomb Lenny makes the whole story just purrrfect! I so wish that my dumb dog would be that accepting of my girls but instead she just cries for attention every time I pick one of them up! Seeing Lenny gives me hope that eventually she'll get used to having them around, though!

Yeah! I was so happy when I found out I was getting it. We all love it! And yes, the girls made out well too, I can't wait to get Sango into that dress, I know she'll be super cute in it. I'm glad you liked Roger's name. I have no idea where it came from but since he belongs to Sprout, she can name him whatever she likes, just odd she chose such a "normal" name.

Oh hush... you know I'm just teasing you a little! It doesn't matter that it was late, it just matters that you thought of me and our girls!

They all enjoyed the gifts bigtime! Kat still won't turn loose of her new puppy. Sango hasn't tried on the outfit yet but I think she will soon. Once she does I'll be sure to let you see pics of her in it! And no matter what anyone says to her, Sprout has kept Roger with her ever since she got him. Some of her sisters think Roger is a bit creepy looking but she always tells them to be quiet.
