Snap fasteners/buttons suitable for dolls?

I'm looking for snap fasteners that are suitably sized for doll clothes, but I'm not having much luck finding exactly what I have in mind ^^;

 

What I want is the kind of snap fasteners where each half comes in two parts that are 'clamped' together through the fabric. I have found some by a company called Dritz (for dolls) but they only do coloured or pearl heads for the fasteners - I am after metallic heads!

 

I'd be grateful if anyone knows who makes or where to get these, I am also on the look for other kinds of fasteners and zips that would be suitable for Dollfie clothing! ^^

Are you referring to these? I got these fairly cheap a while ago, when i was trying to sew some clothes. You know i live in HK, but i hope you can find it more locally. How much would it cost back in the UK? I can get you some if you want, if it is what you're looking for.

 

That kind should be available in any store with sewing supplies. At least I can buy them there in my city.

But for DD I'd go for plastic ones, they won't stain. Metal may be unsafe here, I think.

Yeap, mine are sew on fasteners. I know what you're looking for now, but i haven't looked for those as i don't have the tools.
