handsommell Posted November 29, 2013 This might seem like a sort of stupid question, but about two weeks ago, I ordered an item from them, and they have yet to e-mail me telling me it has arrived to them. I'm starting to get really worried Has this happened to anyone before? I sent them an e-mail asking about it, and they haven't responded. Is the package lost, or did I get scammed? Can anyone help? If it changes anything, since then I've bid on a couple items, though I've been outbid on all of them, excluding the most recent one, which I've won. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
waha Posted November 29, 2013 Never had any problems with Goody Japan, they can be a bit slow at replying to emails (24-48 hours), provided you use their main e-mail address.
