Please Help me about pre-ordering matters...

hi... This is my first time posting in this forum... I want to ask you guys about pre-ordering from volks website store... I've pre-ordered DD Hatsune Miku and when I proceed to order status page, I clicked on order number as the instruction lead me to... And then the page which show the order form showed up, all fields are empty and I can't fill them up... The only button available at the bottom of the page is "back to order status", the other button like "shipping address/payment method" are not available... What should I do to fill the form?? Should I just wait for them to sent me an email about payment?? Thanks a lot before and I'm sorry for my bad english...

You don't pay for miku until next year...

 

Edit: Just checked my page, if you pre ordered right, and click on the order number, it should come up with the order page which has What you ordered and how many, a sub total, your name and location.

 

Everything else is empty as it's not ready yet. and no buttons at the bottom work for the same reason, except the back to order status one.
