SQlab Head on DD body?

Hello! I'm a total newbie when it comes to dollfie dreams and the like, though I've been in the ABJD hobby for several years now. In the past, I never really liked the super anime style dolls, but I saw one the other day that really made me rethink that! I believe the doll had an SQLab Haruka head (I'm not sure of the body), but I'm not a huge fan of how the SQLab body looks, but I do quite like the DDIII body... So would an SQLab head fit one of those bodies, or would it require some modification?

Edit: I've done a bit more research, and are SQLab heads smaller than DD heads? I ask because the SQLab body is apparently in the 50cm range, where as I know the DDs are in the 60cm. If that is true, then I suppose I would need to go for a DD Sister body instead, so is that doable?

SQ lab head will fit fine on any type of DD body, the new heads ship with an o-ring to help them stay fixed on the DD neck post. They are a bit smaller than DD heads, they use 20-22mm eyes where most DD use 22-24mm eyes. 8-9" wigs tend to be loose for SQ heads, but you can use a silicone cap to compensate.

I don't see a big difference between DDS and DD height, in fact I get my DDIII and DDS body confused often. They're slightly differently proportioned but look and pose similarly when fully clothed. That said, if you have other SD size doll clothes, they would fit the DD3 better.
